I’m Kristina, a passionate, introverted, and empathetic yoga teacher. Yoga has been a deeply transformative practice for me—helping me manage an autoimmune disease, improve my mental health, and navigate life’s toughest moments with resilience and clarity. I guide others in slowing down and reconnecting with themselves through gentle, introspective yoga rooted in self-compassion. Inspired by the Norwegian concept of kos, yin, and vinyasa styles, my classes blend calming movement, deep stretching, and the cozy use of props to create space for true rest and healing.
